无粘接钢绞线斜拉索腐蚀性能试验研究

传统的斜拉桥索塔锚固方式有预应力式、钢锚箱式和钢锚梁式等,随着斜拉桥科技的发展,以前多用于矮塔斜拉桥的鞍座式锚固方式开始应用于一般斜拉桥。为了平衡两侧拉索的不平衡索力,需保证无粘接钢绞线斜拉索与鞍座之间有足够的静摩擦力,采用的方式之一就是将钢绞线穿过鞍座那段的PE管剥除,代之以不锈钢带。为了检验这段钢绞线在实际应用中的耐腐蚀性能,进行了中性烟雾腐蚀试验,并对试验后的试件进行了腐蚀等级评价和静力强度测试,结果表明该防护措施能满足桥梁的一般设计要求。
he prestressed concrete-type, steel anchor box-type and steel anchor beam-type are the traditional ways used for cable tower anchorage of cable-stayed bridge. With the development of the cable-stayed bridge technology, previously used for low tower cable-stayed bridge, the saddle became popular in the general cable-stayed bridge. In order to balance the cable force on both sides, enough static friction needs to be ensured between the unbonded steel strand cable and saddle, and one way is to strip the PE pipes of the strand through the saddle and replace them with stainless steel band. To test the corrosion resistance of the strand in practical application,the neutral salt spray corrosion test was conducted, and the corrosion grade evaluation and static strength test showed that the protective measures meet design requrement for bridge engineering.
