基于Van Leusen 反应合成新型吡咯衍生物反应的研究
Synthesis of Novel Pyrrole Derivatives Based on Van Leusen Reaction
吡咯在医学、药学和生物体内都具有举足轻重的作用,经过多年的发展多种吡咯环系衍生物被成功的合成,但仍有一些吡咯环系小分子没有得到制备。本文基于Van Leusen 反应机理,采用(E)-3-Hexene-2,5-dione和TOSMIC为底物在温和的条件下一步法直接合成了新型吡咯环系衍生物1,1'-(1H-Pyrrole-3,4-diyl)diethanone,这个新化合物的合成也为吡咯环系衍生物家族增添了一个新成员。本文同时以反应过程中所形成的的碳负离子中间体为切入点对Van Leusen反应一步法合成吡咯衍生物反应进行了研究。
he pyrrole ring compounds are important in medicine, pharmacy and in vivo. After many years of development, a variety of pyrrole ring derivatives have been successfully synthesized, but there are still some pyrrole ring small molecules that have not been prepared. In this paper, based on the mechanism of Van Leusen reaction, the novel pyrrole ring derivatives 1,1'-(1H-Pyrrole-3,4-diyl)diethanone were synthesized by one-step method using (E) -3-Hexene-2,5-dione and TOSMIC as the substrate under mild conditions. The synthesis of this new compound adds a new member to the pyrrole ring derivatives. In this paper, the synthesis of pyrrole derivatives by Van Leusen reaction was studied by using the carbon anion intermediates formed during the reaction as the starting point.
