The Internet culture market is a market where the culture content is created, produced, operated and transmitted based on Internet. There is a good foundation in development of Internet culture market and some progress has been achieved in Jiangsu Province. However, there are some problems to be solved. These problems mainly include: (1) There isn't influential Internet cultural enterprises, the development of Jiangsu Internet cultural market lacks of support; (2) The development of Internet cultural market in JIangsu province shows the characteristics of entertainment, the knowledge-based and technology-based products is less; (3) Lacking of geographical features of Internet cultural products, Jiangsu failed to make full use of traditional cultural resources; (4)The management of Internet culture market needs to be strengthened, etc. Therefore, Jiangsu Province should take some steps to solve these problems. These Countermeasures include: (1) Jiangsu Province should create a first-class development environment to promote the development of Internet cultural enterprises; (2) Jiangsu Province should encourage public libraries, science & technology information institute, TV station and so on to open access for their electronic resources, to promote the balanced development of Internet cultural market. (3) Jiangsu Province should promote the Internet cultural website construction through evaluation mechanisms; (4) Jiangsu Province should explore the cultural resources in Jiangsu to form the geographical characteristics of Internet culture; (5) Jiangsu Province should organize various activities from the different views to promote the development of Internet culture market development; (6) Jiangsu Province should fully mobilize social forces to participate in Internet culture market management; (7) Jiangsu Province should build an Internet culture management team to unify its management.
