直接接触式膜蒸馏脱盐的实验研究

本文采用孔径为0.6μm的PVDF中空纤维疏水膜,分别对0.6mol/L和1.0mol/L的氯化钠溶液进行直接接触式膜蒸馏实验(简称DCMD),并与去离子水的膜蒸馏实验进行对比,研究了在膜蒸馏运行过程中热侧运行温度、热侧溶液浓度以及冷热两侧运行流速对直接接触式膜组件通量的影响,以确定直接接触式膜蒸馏脱盐的最佳运行条件,为实际的工业应用提供实验依据。结果表明:对于氯化钠溶液来说,其浓度越低相应的膜通量越高,但差异不显著;从经济性的角度分析,维持冷侧温度在25℃,热侧温度控制在50℃,冷热侧流速分别控制在0.1m/s 和0.8m/s时的膜蒸馏运行情况最佳。
he membrane distillation experiments were carried out by using PVDF hollow fiber hydrophobic membrane of pore size 0.6μm in this paper. Both 0.6mol/L and 1.0mol/L NaCl solution and deionized water were used as the feed of membrane distillation to investigate the effects of hot-side temperature, hot-side solution concentration and cold- and hot-side flow rates on the membrane permeate flux in a direct contact-type membrane module, to find out the optimum operation condition of desalination by direct contact membrane distillation (DCMD) and to provide experimental evidence for actual industrial applications. The results showed that for NaCl solution the lower the hot-side solution concentration, the higher the membrane flux, but the effect of the NaCl concentration on the membrane is minimal; it is analyzed from economic perspective that the operational condition of membrane distillation was best when hot-side temperature was controlled at 55℃ and cold-side temperature was maintained at 25℃, at the same time cold- and hot-side flow rates were controlled at 0.1 m / s and 0.8m / s, respectively.
