目的:探索成釉细胞瘤细胞生长特性,挑选适合实验的细胞。方法:原代培养成釉细胞瘤细胞,观察其形态及生长情况,作特异性抗体检测。结果:原代培养成釉细胞瘤细胞,可以保持肿瘤形态三代,持续57天,免疫组化显示角蛋白18、19,bcl-2表达阳性,波形蛋白表达阴性。结论:第二代细胞量较多,细胞形态变化不大,比较适合进行实验研究。

Objectives: To explore the characters of AM cells and select the most suit for experiment. Methods:AM cells was primary culture and observed the cells' morphous and growth states, and detected with specific antibody. Results: AM cells in primary culture maintained epithelial cell morphology and expressed cytokeratins K18 and K19, but none expressed vimentin. Furthermore, bcl-2 protein, which prevents apoptosis, was expressed. AM cells underwent senescent within fifty-seven days. Conclusion: the second filial generation is most suit for experiment.
