FDI、技术引进与自主创新--基于高技术产业数据的分位数回归分析
FDI, Technology Import and Innovation- A Quantile Regression Approach Based on Data of High-tech Industry
为考察技术引进和外商直接投资(FDI)对自主创新能力的影响,本文根据2002-2007年中国28个省(直辖市)的高技术产业数据,运用分位数回归方法进行实证分析。研究结果表明:自主创新能力强的地区,FDI正向溢出效应小于自主创新能力较弱地区,其技术引进对自主创新能力边际贡献为正,且高于平均水平,而自主创新能力较弱地区的作用效果并不显著。全国整体区域比较结果显示,位于不同分位数的地区高技术产业的FDI正的溢出效应均明显高于技术引进给自主创新能力带来的影响。
In order to investigate the effects of technology import and foreign direct investment (FDI) on the independent innovation capacity, the paper proposed an empirical analysis with data of 6 years (2002-2007) of 28 provinces (municipalities) of the high-tech industry in China using quantile regression. Results show that: The positive spillover effect of FDI to areas with higher independent innovation capacity is smaller than those with lower independent innovation capacity. For the areas with higher independent innovation capacity, the Contribution margin of technology import is positive, which is above average level. With the effect of less-favored areas of independent innovation capacity is insignificant. A comparison between the overall areas with different quintiles in China, the positive spillover effect of FDI are higher than the effects of technology import on independent innovation ability in different areas of the quintiles.
