目的:探讨经颅重复频率磁刺激(rTMS)对脑缺血大鼠的血液流变学参数变化的影响。方法:SD大鼠30只随机分为3组,分为假手术对照组和脑缺血对照组(制作缺血模型),以及磁刺激对照组(缺血模型加磁刺激),每组各10只。对于磁刺激对照组的大鼠在制作缺血模型后1h,3h,5h,9h,11h,18h分别给予rTMS刺激 。所有大鼠在20h后由腹主动脉取血并统计分析磁刺激对各组实验大鼠血液流变学参数的影响。结果:相比于脑缺血模型对照组,rTMS技术能明显降低脑缺血大鼠的全血中切粘度(ηbM),全血低切粘度(ηbL),提高大鼠存活率。结论:经颅磁刺激在脑缺血损伤后具有良好的保护作用,其机制可能与其抑制缺血后的血液流变学改变有关。

Objective The paper is to study the effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS) on the hemorheology incelebral infarction rats. Methods Thirty male rats were randomly divided into three groups, namely: sham-operated group, cerebral ischemia-treated group, magnetic stimulation-treated group. The rats in stimulation-treated group were given rTMS 1h,3h,5h,9h,11h,18h after cerebral ischemia-treated. All of rats were get blood from aorta abdominalis after twenty hours, This paper's purpose is to discover the effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation to hemorheology of the rat between different groups. Result Compare to the rats in cerebral ischemia-treated group, rTMS can obviously decrease the blood viscosity in of the cut, blood viscosity low-cut, and erythrocyte sedimentation, increase the survival rate in magnetic stimulation-treated group. Conclusion rTMS play an important part in protect brain from the damage caused by cerebral ischemia. The reason may be related to improve the change of hemorheology after cerebral ischemia.
