隔药灸对急性胃黏膜损伤大鼠胃黏膜血流量、PGE2及TNF-α等因子的影响

Objective To explore the protective effect and mechanism of drug-separated moxibustion at the navel on gastric mucosa injury with stress ulcer(SU) . Methods: 36 SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups：A normal group, B model group, C drug-separated moxibustion at navel group（drug-separated moxibustion group）,D drug-separated moxibustion at non-acpoint group（non-acpoint moxibustion group）,each group has 9 rats.The gastric mucosa injury model was prepared by water restraint stress(WRS). The Ulcer Index of gastric mucosa lesion (UI) were evaluated grossly by means of Guth’s methods, gastric mucosa blood flow(GMBF) measured by Laser-Doppler Flow moniter(LDF), the content of Calcitonin-gene-related peptide(CGRP) and prostaglandin-2(PGE2) in gastric mucosa tissure were examinated by radio-immunity method; level of TNF-α in serum was examinated by enzyme-linked immunoadsordent assay. Result : GMBF and the content of CGRP、PGE-2 of gastric mucosa tissue in model group were obviously lower, as well as UI and level of TNF-α was obviously higher compared with normal group（P<0.01或0.05）.GMBF and the content of CGRP、PGE2 in the gastric mucosa tissue were all significantly increased in group of drug-separated moxibustion at navel , UI and level of TNF-α was all obviously decreased than those in the model group（P<0.05）, and not obviously changed in non- acpoint drug –separeted moxibustion group. Conclusions: Drug-separeted moxibustion has protective effect on gastric mucosa lesion in stress rats .Its mechannism may be related with the increased GMBF and the regulating effect on level of CGRP 、PGE2 and TNF-α and so on . The acupoint specificity of drug-separated moxibustion manifested partly.
