his paper describes the method of IC development progress management.According to the characteristics of IC development, such as high difficulty, many links, long cycle and rapid demand change, the general policy of IC product planning and IC development platform construction is put forward.In the product planning stage, taking a specific project as an example, the system of project objectives and the WBS decomposition method of project tasks are introduced.In the stage of product implementation, the significance and requirements of standardization, flow and standardization in IC development process are discussed.Finally, it is proposed to do a good job in the project closure to ensure the successful completion of the project.
