educing the general form of the variational principle in elasticity by Lagrange multiplier procedure.It is approved that the formula(2)was the variational principle's functional with the three kinds of variables.But it seems that Lagrange multiplier procedure can't approve the universality of formula(2).This is a localization of Lagrange multiplier procedure.
