船舶柴油机生产能力优化模型

企业产品通常不是单一的,而是具有多种品种和规格。企业如何计划生产才能使产值或利润达到最大?以往企业生产计划是用人工的方法进行排列组合,凭经验制定的。如此计划即费时费力且不科学,有时甚至是不可能做到的。因此,企业运用科学的方法计划和组织生产,已显得十分必要。本文对某重机公司柴油机生产流程进行了研究,在企业特定的约束条件下运用整数规划建立起数学模型,求解出柴油机最大生产能力。本文的重点是详细列出了建立模型的过程,文章最后给出了计算结果。

Product is usually not a single, but has a wide range of varieties and specifications. How can the planned production output or to maximize profits? The previous production plan is to use artificial methods of permutation and combination, empirically established. Such a plan without a scientific effort that is time-consuming and sometimes impossible. Therefore, the use of scientific method to plan and organize the production, has become very necessary. In this paper, a heavy machinery company diesel production process have been studied in the enterprise-specific constraints to establish the use of integer programming mathematical model for solving the largest production capacity of the diesel engine. The focus of this paper is set out in detail the process of establishing a model, the article gives the results.
