人力资源管理的信息化建设应该与企业的战略目标相一致,适合企业自身的发展需求。人力资源管理的信息化设计能够在一定程度上有效降低企业的管理成本,推进企业的管理革新。基于此,为了有效提升我国中小企业资源分配效率,优化业务流程,本文提出了一种基于业务流程驱动的人力资源管理信息化模型,有效加强了资源合理分配效率,通过建立信息化管理手段,有效地改变了原有的工作方式,进而提升了工作效率。

he informatization construction of human resource management should be consistent with the company's strategic goals and suitable for their own development. The information design of human resource management can effectively reduce the management cost of the enterprise to a certain extent, and promote the management innovation of the enterprise. Based on this, in order to effectively improve the resource allocation efficiency of my country's SMEs and optimize business processes. This paper proposes an informatization model of human resource management based on business process driving, which effectively strengthens the efficiency of reasonable resource allocation. Through the establishment of information management methods, the original working methods have been effectively changed, thereby improving work efficiency.
