he application of Matlab in data fitting was introduced in this paper．The fundamental law of curve fitting and the realization method Of curve fitting model based on Matlab were narrated and the example about curve fitting was given out among analysis of blood cells .The results indicate that fitting based on Matlab is feasible and valid．
