摘要：文章论述了山西产业结构的背景及必要性，然后对山西省的产业结构的现状做、作了详细的分析，重点论述了山西产业结构调整与优化升级的措施，分别从优化产业、科技、人才、信息、环保等方面展开了论证，并对山西产业结构的调整与其它方面的关系做了简要的分析。
BSTRACT：This text discussed the background and necessities of the mountain west industrial structure first, then did the detailed analysis to the present condition of the the mountain west province, the point discusses the mountain west industrial structure to adjust with excellent turn the upgrade measure, difference from excellent turn the industry, science and technology, talented person, information environmental protection …etc. To launch the argument, and did the analysis of the synopsis to adjustment and other relations of the mountain west industrial structure.
