温度和pH值对水热法合成InPO4的影响
Effects of temperature and pH value on hydrothermal synthesis of InPO4
采用水热法无需加入任何添加剂,通过调控反应液pH值和反应温度制备了不同形貌的正交相InPO4晶体,研究了温度和pH值对产物形貌的影响。利用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对产物的结构和形貌进行了表征。实验结果表明,水热温度与反应液pH值对晶体结构和形貌有很大影响。酸性条件有利于形成正交相的InPO4。不同的水热温度与反应液pH值下,得到了不同形貌的正交相InPO4。当反应温度为160℃,反应液pH值为0.5、1.0、1.5时,产物形貌分别为多面体、类蘑菇状、带有孔洞的球状;当反应温度为180℃,反应液pH为1.5、2.0、2.5时,产物形貌分别为规则的球体、细长晶体组成的花状、粗短晶体组成的花状。
Orthorhombic InPO4 crystals with different morphologies were synthesized by controlling temperature and pH Value via a mild additive-free hydrothermal method. The effects of temperature and pH Value on the structures and morphologies of the products were investigated. The as-prepared samples were well determined by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results indicated that both hydrothermal temperature and pH value of reaction solution had significant influence on the formation of crystal structures. Acidic condition facilitated the formation of orthorhombic InPO4. Different temperature and pH value of reaction solution resulted in orthorhombic InPO4 with different morphologies. Polyhedral, mushroom-shaped and spherical products can be obtained under pH value 0.5, 1.0 and 1.5 at 160℃. While spherical, slender flower-shaped and short flower-shaped can be obtained under pH value 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0 at 180℃ respectively.
