组织战略与外部环境的匹配是战略学者长期关注的话题,但在中国这种转型社会中,公司战略在外部变动的环境下如何做到适应外部环境的同时使得内部的人力资源与之匹配,这是现实的挑战,但相关研究鲜见。本文以Miles& Snow (1984)提出的战略与人力资源管理匹配的理论框架为指导,采用结构性访谈和问卷调查的形式,在中国医药行业快速变化的背景下,以中国重庆的H公司为样本企业研究该公司医药业务战略与人力资源管理的匹配性。最后提出了对H公司人力资源与公司战略相匹配的建议,以促使企业获得持续竞争优势。本研究结果对于类似中国这样快速变化的新兴市场中,企业在调整战略中如何兼顾人力资源管理匹配性提供了有益的借鉴。

he matching between organizational strategy and external environment is a long-term topic for strategic scholars. However, in a transitional society like China, how to adapt the external environment to the internal human resources in an externally changing environment, this is Realistic challenges, but related research is rare. This article is guided by the theoretical framework of strategy and human resource management matching proposed by Mile & Snow (1984), using structural interviews and questionnaires. In the context of the rapid changes in the Chinese pharmaceutical industry, the H company in Chongqing, China is used as a sample. The company studied the matching of the company's pharmaceutical business strategy and human resource management. Finally, it puts forward suggestions for matching H company's human resources with the company's strategy to promote the company's sustainable competitive advantage. The results of this study provide a useful reference for how to balance human resource management matching in the adjustment strategy in emerging markets such as China.
