多中心城市区域城市蔓延冷热点格局演化研究--以苏锡常地区为例
Evolution of cold-hot spot pattern of polycentric urban areas urban sprawl - A Case Study of Suzhou-Wuxi-Changzhou area
在快速城市化过程中,伴随城市用地急剧膨胀,城市蔓延严重。多中心城市区域(PUR,Polycentric Urban Region)由于城市间相互影响、资源共享、共同竞争,城市蔓延表现出更为复杂的演变过程。本文以苏锡常地区为案例,利用1991~2013年间5个时相的遥感影像,借助蔓延特征指标对苏锡常地区进行全局和局部的蔓延冷热点分析,并通过空间关联模型揭示PUR城市蔓延的空间演化规律。结果表明:1991~2013年间,研究区城市土地的扩展速度远远超过人口增长速度,城镇用地盲目、低效蔓延;苏锡常地区城市蔓延冷热点格局经历了"圈层式"-"分散式"-"多点连片式"的转变过程,从1995年以前的向城市四周均衡蔓延,转向1995~2008年期间蛙跃区与轴状扩展区双重作用下的分散-碎化蔓延,再到2008年以后蔓延热点向中心城市与次中心城市之间填充蔓延。本研究将蔓延特征测度、城镇扩展指标、空间分析方法有效结合,有助于深刻理解研究区的城市蔓延过程,可为控制城市蔓延提供决策依据。
In the process of rapid urbanization, accompanied by the rapid expansion of urban land use, urban sprawl becoming more and more serious. Due to the impact of inter-city, resource sharing, common competition, The urban sprawl evolution of polycentric urban region (PUR, Polycentric Urban Region) exhibit more complex. In this paper, SXC region as a case study, with the help of remote sensing images from 1991 to 2013 and Spread Characteristic Index , cold-hot spot spread area of SXC has been analysis . The results showed that: between 1991 and 2013, the pace of expansion of urban land in the study area far exceeds the rate of population growth, urban sprawl becoming seriously; SXC cold-hot areas of the city spread pattern experienced a "circle-style" - "distributed" - "multi-point connection chip" transformation process. Before 1995,all city balanced spread; Between 1995 to 2008, The spread pattern turning to scatter-fragmentation spread. To 2008,hot area filling spread between Center Cities. This study combined the measurement of the spread features, urban expansion index, with spatial analysis methods to help a deep understanding of the process of the study area's urban sprawl, Which can provide basis for decision making to control urban sprawl.
