中美工商管理教育的发展根据历时地反映在它们各自的演进过程之中。研究发现,美国工商管理教育根源于市场推动,与市场发展充分适应、紧密一体,我国工商管理教育比较多地面向政府,与市场有一定距离,显露出引进消化和探索发展的痕迹。中美工商管理教育实现途径表现在一些共时的教学安排上,既包括宏观的培养目标要求和学科专业分类,也包括微观的具体专业设置,比较发现,中美工商管理教育的现实途径大体相同或显示出趋同的走势。本文认为,现实情况下的我国工商管理教育,在教学理论和办学模式方面,要倡导市场导向;在专业设置和课程设计方面,要倡导实用导向;在教学方式方法方面,要体现参与导向;在师资队伍建设方面,要体现实践导向。

The implementation of the China-US business management education reflected in the same way of teaching arrangements, Including training objectives, subject classification, and professional settings.This paper argues that, our business management education should reflect market-oriented in teaching theory and education programs, reflect practicality in the professional setting and curriculum design, reflect participation in teaching methods, reflect practice in the construction of teaching staff.
