本文对教育资源建设的现状进行了分析，针对当前资源库建设过程中几个关键问题：资源的共享及重用、资源入库效率、资源检索效率、数据的一致性和完整性等问题，结合具体实现进行了初步研究，并给出了具体的解决方案。
his paper investigates the status of the Instructional Resource System and several of its key problems are discussed which includes resource sharing and reusing , data input efficiency , resource retrieval efficiency, integrality and consistency of data,etc. The methods and the ways to solve above are suggested .
