基于ATMEGA64单片机的多丝焊脉冲电流控制器的研究
Research of the Multi wire Pulsed Controller Technology base on ATMEGA64 MCU
随着我国工业现代化进程的加快,极大地推动了焊接技术的发展。高效化焊接已经提到了日程。焊接生产需要提高效率,但是单丝焊一味的增大工作电流会使焊接质量下降。在高效的前提下还要保证焊接的质量,本着这种思想,本文提出多丝焊接方法和多丝焊脉冲控制器设计思想,利用电子技术、自动控制理论及单片机技术,,以单片机为内核,数码管、键盘为人机界面,可在单片机的控制下,按照脉冲焊的控制要求,生成频率、占空比可调的脉冲控制信号,将给定峰值及基值电压通过光电耦合器送往受控制的电焊机外接端子板,并以遥控电压给定的方式控制电焊机的输出电压。

In order to assure quality as well as high-efficiency, Multi-wire pulsed MIG welding and The design method of Multi-pulsed Coordination Controller on DC Welding Power Source is put forward in this paper, The pulsed controller, with micro-controller unit (MCU) as the core, light emitting diodes (LED) and keyboard as the man-machine communication interface, has been designed and developed in combination with electronic technology, automation theory and MCU technology. The controller can make the voltage change in frequency and amplitude on the base of a certain value.
