本设计致力于解决现实中大量粉尘存在于工业现场中的问题,提出了构造粉尘净化系统的方案。系统以PIC单片机为核心,通过调节直流电动机的转速,实现对于空气进入系统速度的控制。主要分为电动机控制、压差信号采集与处理、蜂鸣器、键盘输入、液晶显示等模块部分。通过人机接口键盘可以实现开机、关机以及对空气进入系统速度的调节。实现系统对空气中粉尘浓度的自动监控与报警,并且液晶模块动态显示当前速度及压差值,在系统出现故障时显示报警信息。借助MPLAB一IDE V6.60集成开发环境软件包来进行编程、离线仿真,与在线调试器配合使用进行在线调试、编程及程序下载。这使得该装置的设计开发变得更容易。通过系统的循环运行,使带有粉尘的空气进入系统后经过滤芯过滤,从出口排除后就成为符合人体健康的标准空气。此方案具有方便,实用,可靠,经济等特点,并具有很强的推广性。

o solve the existence of a large number of dust in the industrial field, a structure of dust purification system program is designed. Taking PIC microcomputer as the core, by regulating the DC , the speed of the air into the system can be broadly divided into motor control, differential pressure, signal acquisition, keyboard input, and liquid crystal display. Man-interface through the keyboard can be achieved boot, shutdown, as well as the speed of the air-conditioning into the system. The realization of the system of air dust concentration in the automatic monitoring and alarm, and the LCD module dynamically displays the current value of speed and the failure of alarming information. By means of the integrated development environment-MPLAB-IDE v6.60 software, assembling program and off-circuit simulation can be made. Through the cycle the air with dust filter into the system after filtering, the export of air become standard anh healthy for human. This program has a convenient, practical, reliable, economic and other characteristics, and also has a strong promotion.
