公共价值理论视角下的我国互联网医院发展现状及思考
Development status and thinking of Internet hospitals in China from the perspective of public value theory
摘要
近年来，医疗服务领域新业态不断涌现。互联网医院在线上医疗、远程问诊等方面展现出巨大的潜力。本文在分析国内互联网医院发展现状和存在问题的基础上，运用公共价值理论构建互联网医院的战略三角模型，从 “合法性与支持”“运作能力”与“公共价值”三个维度讨论我国互联网医院的发展，并从战略、体系、标准等角度提出促进互联网医院发展的建议。
Abstract
In recent years, new business models in the field of medical services have been emerging. Internet hospitals have shown great potential in online medical treatment and remote consultation. Based on the analysis of the development status and existing problems of domestic Internet hospitals, this paper constructs the strategic triangle model of Internet hospitals by using the public value theory, discusses the development of Internet hospitals in China from the three dimensions of "legitimacy and support", "operation ability" and "public value", and puts forward suggestions to promote the development of Internet hospitals from the perspective of strategy, system and standard.关键词
