江苏低碳经济发展现状及金融支持研究
Research for Low-carbon Economy Development and Financial Support in Jiangsu Province
以三次产业对低碳经济发展的不同影响为切入点，选取2005年到2010年5月江苏省产业结构组成和三次产业中低碳经济发展的现状为研究对象，提出第三产业与低碳经济的发展是互相促进的观点。结果表明：到2010年5月止，江苏省低碳经济发展未取得实质性进展，发展低碳经济存在巨大的资金缺口，需从财政资金、银行信贷、直接融资和金融创新方面去填补。
Give the starting point as the different effects of low-carbon economy in three industriesn. select industrial composition in Jiangsu Province and low-carbon economy development in three industries from 2005 to May 2010. Reinforcing that low-carbon economic development and the third industry will promote each other. The results showed that: to May 2010, the development of low-carbon economy in Jiangsu Province did not make substantive progress, and there is a huge funding gap need financial funds, bank loans, direct financing and financial innovation to fill.
