By applying the quantum hydrodynamic (QHD) model in an inhomogeneous quantum magnetoplasma with density and temperature gradients, a two-dimensional nonlinear equation is obtained in the case that the dissipative effect through collision between ions and neutrals is dominant. Drift shock, explosion and vortex solutions of the nonlinear system are obtained, and the structures of electrostatic potential are discussed in detail.
