Inspecting System for Oil based on LabVIEW
本文介绍了一种基于LabVIEW的油液监测系统。该系统采用在线监测的金属扫描仪MetalSCAN，能自动采集信息。在Windows系统下，利用LabVIEW实现数据采集、实时数据存储、数据管理等功能。本文主要根据在线监测的金属扫描仪MetalSCAN的特点，首先对油液中磨粒的大小进行了分析，然后利用LabVIEW编程，完成了对油液的分类监测系统。
his paper introduced an inspecting system for oil which based on LabVIEW. This system used MetalSCAN which could collect information automatically. Under windows operating system, using LabVIEW to realize the function of data acquisition, real-time data storage at a high speed, database administration etc. According to the characteristics of the metal scanner, we analyzed the different size of wear particles in the oil. Then using LabVIEW, completed the classification monitoring of oil.
