利用β-MnO2/Nafion复合膜,制备了一种安培型葡萄糖氧化酶生物传感器。用循环伏安法和恒电位法研究了复合膜修饰电极对葡萄糖响应的性能。该生物传感器对葡萄糖的检出限为5.0×10-8 mol/L(依据信噪比大于3为可测信号标准)。这种基于β-MnO2/Nafion复合膜的葡萄糖氧化酶传感器对多种有机小分子,包括电活性物质抗坏血酸,均表现出良好的抗干扰能力。
n amperometric biosensor based on β-MnO2/Nafion composite membrane is described. Both cyclic voltammetry (CV) and amperometry techniques were used to investigate the electrocatalytic performance of the composite membrane to glucose. The biosensor showed high sensitivity to glucose and the detection limit was found to be 5.0 × 10-8 mol/L. The selectivity was tested with different interfering species including ascorbic acid.
