碳布负载镍钴氧化物的制备及其在葡萄糖燃料电池中的应用
Preparation of nickel-cobalt oxide on carbon cloth and its application in glucose Fuel Cells
燃料电池作为一种新型的能源利用装置,具有高效的能量转化率,葡萄糖可作为燃料电池理想的能量来源,研究葡萄糖燃料电池的电极材料具有重要的意义。本文通过水热法和退火的方式在导电碳布上直接生成具有纳米尺寸结构的镍钴复合氧化物,并将其作为燃料电池的正极。经过一系列的分析手段对材料的结构和组成进行了分析,并进行了电化学性能测试。实验结果显示,不同的镍钴溶液浓度比能够有效影响材料的性能,并且在0.1M/L KOH和5mmol/L 葡萄糖底液中最大功率密度可以达到312.89 μW/cm-2。本文对于进一步研究葡萄糖燃料电池具有重要的参考意义。
Fuel cell, as a new type of energy utilization device, has the advantages of high efficient energy conversion rate. Glucose can be used as an ideal energy source for fuel cells. It is of great significance to study the electrode material of glucose fuel cell. In this paper, hydrothermal method and annealing are used to generate nickel-cobalt composite oxides with nano-sized structure directly on conductive carbon cloth and use them as positive electrodes for fuel cells.The structure and composition of the materials were analyzed by a series of analytical means, and the electrochemical performance was tested. The experimental results show that different concentration ratios of nickel-cobalt solutions can effectively affect the performance of the materials, and the maximum power density can reach 312.89 μW/cm-2 in 0.1 M/L KOH and 5 mmol/L glucose substrate.This paper is an important reference for further research on glucose fuel cells.
