汽油机爆震实验测试与模拟优化
Knock Optimization for gasoline engine with experiment and simulation Study
利用发动机台架试验测试,验证单缸汽油机仿真模型建模的合理和正确性。在双区燃烧模型基础上,嵌入爆震模型,建立汽油机爆震仿真模型。采用VDO爆震识别算法评估爆震强度,对汽油机进行爆震试验测试,不同点火策略爆震识别实验与模拟结果基本一致,证明了爆震仿真模型对爆震的预测以及强度评估的可靠性。文章提出兼顾爆震强度和发动机性能的优化点火曲线方案,新爆震实验和模拟结果表明,两种新点火曲线下的爆震情况明显优于原始点火,同时表明爆震仿真模型和点火曲线优化策略具有好的工程应用价值。
o validate the rationality and validity of the single cylinder gasoline engine, engine bench test was conducted. Knock simulation model based on two-zone model was established by embedding the knock prediction model. In the gasoline engine knock experimental test, knock testing investigation was applied with VDO recognition algorithm,the calculation results show that there is a good agreement between the experimental and numerical results, which verify the reliability of presented knock model. A new strategy to Optimize the ignition curve was presented by considering the knock intensity and engine performance,the results indicate that knock of the new two model are much better than the original one,and also show that knock simulation model and new optimization scheme have high engineering values.
