Based on DEA analysis, we can get the formula of logistics management efficiency by analysis the composition of the efficiency of logistics management and models. Then based on the calculation of DEA efficiency requirements in the logistics area ,we establish the corresponding input and output indicators to calculate the efficiency of logistics management in company, by this way we can avoid some subjective factors in logistics management efficiency evaluation and get a more objective evaluation of the efficiency of logistics management. by analyzing the results , enterprise can find the problems in logistics management, in order to provide a idea for future work improve .
