介绍了盘式制动器的工作原理,通过分析,认识到了提升机盘式制动器的故障模式、电磁阀的可靠性、油污染以及摩擦滑动等因素对提升机制动系统的可靠性有着重要的影响,为了保证提升机盘式制动系统的安全可靠运行,本文设计了一种基于PLC的盘式制动系统的监控装置,介绍了该装置的系统构成和各部分的设计。该装置能够在线实时地对制动器工作状态进行监测,具有提升机检测和运行故障报警,有利于故障分析和提升系统维护。

In this paper,the working principle of disc brakes is described .Through analizing the reliability of the Disk Brake, the conclusion that failure mode, solenoid valve reliability, oil pollution, as well as factors such as sliding friction have important effects on the reliability of the brake system. To ensure the elevator disc brake system, safe and reliable operation, the article presents a PLC-based disc brake system monitoring device including the various parts of the design. The device,with fault detection and alarm,can work online on the brake condition monitoring in real time.
