沈阳市交通可持续发展的生态足迹研究

本文对沈阳市交通生态足迹、生态利用效率与生态占用强度做了定量计算与分析。结果表明:(1)沈阳市2002年交通生态占用为28×104hm2,其中,能源消费间接占用地占99%,而道路和场站直接占用仅占1%;(2)从生态足迹构成看,小轿车生态占用为13.5×104hm2,占交通总足迹的48%,远高于其他类型的机动车辆,在交通足迹中影响最大;(3)从城市交通生态利用效率看,公共汽车最高,为3.8×104人次•hm-2,小轿车最低,为0.12×104人次•hm-2;(4)从城市交通生态占用强度看,小轿车最高,为8.37 hm2.10-4人次,公共汽车最低,为0.26 hm2.10-4人次。通过与北京和伦敦生态占用情况的比较,可知沈阳市各种车辆的生态利用效率仍较低,有较大的发展潜力,应吸取伦敦市的发展经验,提高交通生态利用效率的同时还应重视交通结构对生态占用的影响。提高各种交通工具的生态利用效率,减少小轿车的交通占用、提升公共交通所占比例,优化交通结构,将有利于提高城市交通生态利用效率、减少污染排放带来的环境影响,进而促进沈阳市实现交通可持续发展。
he urban traffic ecological footprints, eco-efficiency, ecological footprint intensity of Shenyang were calculated in this paper. The results showed : (1) the traffic ecological footprints of Shenyang in 2002 were 28x 104hm-2, which accounted for 99% of energy consumption indirect occupation, and directly by road and only 1%;(2) From a look at the ecological footprint, ecological footprints of car 13.5x104hm-2, representing 48% of traffic overall footprint, far higher than other types of motor vehicles; (3) From the urban traffic eco-efficiency perspective, the highest bus to 3.8x104 passengers•hm-2 ,while the minimum car to 0.12x104passengers•hm-2; (4) from the ecological footprint intensity shows that car highest for 8.37hm2/104pass, bus to 0.26hm2/104pass. Compared with Beijing and London, Shenyang eco-efficiency of vehicles is still relatively low, a greater development potential and the development of the city should learn from the London experience, and enhance the efficiency of transport should also be emphasis on the ecological structure of the traffic impact on the ecological footprint. Improve the eco-efficiency of traffic and reduce by cars, upgrade public transport share, and optimize traffic structure will be conducive to improving urban traffic eco-efficiency and reduce the environmental impacts of pollution emissions, and promote traffic Shenyang achieve sustainable development.
