本文首先介绍了Linux流量控制框架，然后介绍了该流量控制框架与基于区分服务模型的QoS系统的各组件的关系。最后针对Linux流量控制框架在计量器/标记器方面的不足,使用IP队列机制实现一个用户态的标记器，并配合流量控制框架实现了一个完整的基于区分服务模型的QoS系统。
his paper make a brief introduction of the Linux traffic control framework. And then introduce the DiffServ QoS components and their correspondents of the Linux traffic control. However, the traffic control framework lacks a DiffServ meter/marker component, so the paper introduce how to implement a powerfull user-space meter/marker with the help of a kernel feature named IP queue, and then design and implement a Linux based QoS system with the help of the Linux traffic control framework and the user-space meter/marker
