原料奶价格对乳业主体资本积累影响的实证分析

his article is about the capital accumulation of the dairy. At present, the capital accumulation is still the main impetus of economic growth in certain time. The accumulation of capital quantity of dairy peasant household and dairy products processing enterprise relates the developing speed of Chinese dairy as two key points in the industry chain of dairy. This article shows that the raw milk market of supply and demand is buyer’s market of imperfect competition and enterprise is the ruler; the capital accumulation quantity of dairy peasant depends on the income from cow, but the income is decided by the price of raw milk; the capital accumulation quantity of enterprise is influenced by profit of dairy. Then it is important that how to make a rational price of raw milk to improving the capital accumulation quantity of dairy industry. The article proved them by positive analysis.
