本文采用X射线衍射和磁性测量方法详细研究了Ni2-xMn1+xSn(x=0, 0.25, 0.5, 0.75, 1)多晶合金的结构和磁性。结构测量发现700℃退火的样品表现出良好的单一体心立方结构。晶格大小随着Mn含量的增多而增大。磁性结果表明取代Ni的Mn原子与原位的Mn原子呈反铁磁耦合,两种原子占位的Mn原子的磁矩大小分别为2.2μB和4.19μB。同时没有发现NiMn2Sn合金存在形状记忆行为。

he structure and magnetic properties for Ni2-xMn1+xSn(x=0, 0.25, 0.5, 0.75, 1) polycrystalllines have been investigated by X-ray diffraction and magnetic measurement method. A pure and fine bcc structure is obtained for all of the samples annealed at 700℃. The lattice parameter increases with increasing Mn content. It is found that the Mn atom occupyed Ni site coupled antiferromagnetically with Mn atom occupied ordinary Mn site and the magnetic moments are 2.2μB and 4.19μB respectively. Moreovre, no shape memory effect is observed in NiMn2Sn alloy.
