移动数据业务接受意愿的影响因素研究 --基于农民工的分析

为了细分消费者群体,开发新的移动用户市场,论文以TAM模型为基础,引入了感知娱乐性和感知价格两个变量,对农民工这一群体使用移动数据业务的影响因素进行了研究。通过对研究群体的抽样调查,运用SPSS15.0数据处理工具,得出结论:"感知有用性"、"感知易用性"、"感知价格"和"感知娱乐性"是影响农民工使用移动数据业务的主要因素,其中"感知娱乐性"影响最大。最后结合研究群体的特征对移动数据业务在农民工中的发展提出了建议。

In order to subdivide the customer groups and to exploit new mobile markets, we carry on a research of the influential factors of farmer workers' usage of mobile data service, based on the TAM model and through introducing two variables----perceived entertainment and perceived expense. Using sample survey of the group being studied and the data processing tool SPSS15.0, we come to a conclusion: perceived usefulness, perceived user-friendliness, perceived expense and perceived entertainment, are the main influential factors of farmer workers' usage of mobile data service, among which perceived usefulness plays the most important role. Finally, suggestions are offered according to the characteristics of the group being studied for a better development of mobile data service in the farmer workers' market.
