紫苏无菌苗培养条件的研究

本实验对紫苏种子在MS固体培养基中萌发为无菌苗的条件和方法方法进行了研究，为进一步利用紫苏无菌苗做试验材料奠定基础。得到的结果表明，1.0g/L升汞消毒5min，消毒之后使用无菌水冲洗3-4次，培养基中染菌率较低，发芽率较高，属于比较理想的条件，且最适培养温度为26℃。本试验采用在无菌环境下直接将消毒种子接入MS培养基中置于培养箱中以获得无菌苗的方法。
In the present work, the optimal conditions for culturing sterile seedlings of Perilla frutescens on solid MS medium were studied to lay foundation for further researches utilizing P. frutescens seedling as material. The results showed that the optimal sterilization condition was sterilizing with 1.0 g/L mercuric chloride followed by washing 3-4 times with sterile water. The ideal culture temperature was 26℃. Under these conditions, the germination rate was high and contamination rate was low in this study.
