为探究某钢厂不同工艺参数板坯连铸结晶器内钢液液面波动水模研究下结晶器液面波动规律,以其板坯连铸结晶器为原型,建立1:0.6的水模型进行试验,系统研究了水口出口角度、水口浸入深度、吹气流量、拉速和水口阻塞程度等工艺参数对结晶器液面波动的影响。结果表明:结晶器液面波动随水口出口角度和浸入深度增大而减小,随吹气流量和拉速增大而增大。水口两侧阻塞程度相同时,液面波动值随阻塞程度增大而增大;当水口两侧阻塞程度不同时,阻塞程度大的一侧钢液出口速度相对另一侧较小,液面波动更大。研究结果可为优化结晶器工艺参数提供参考依据。

In order to investigate the regularity of liquid level fluctuation of mold with different process parameters in a steel mill, a 1:0.6 water model was established based on the mold of slab continuous casting, and the influence of process parameters such as outlet angle of SEN, immersion depth, blowing flow rate, casting speed, SEN blocking and other parameters on the surface level fluctuation of liquid steel in the slab caster mold. The results show that as outlet angle of SEN or immersion depth increases, the smaller the value of surface level fluctuation; as blowing flow rate or casting speed increases, the greater the value of surface level fluctuation. When the degree of obstruction on both sides of the nozzle is the same, the fluctuation value of the liquid level increases with the increase of the degree of obstruction.When the degree of blockage on both sides of the nozzle is different, the velocity of the liquid steel outlet on the side with the degree of blockage is smaller than that on the other side, and the fluctuation of the liquid level is larger The results can provide reference for optimization of mold process parameters.
