组蛋白修饰和DNA甲基化在基因转录调节方面有重要作用。最近研究较多的是多种组蛋白修饰方式和DNA甲基化在基因沉默方面的共同作用，本文就它们之间的关系做一综述，以了解其最近的研究进展。
Histone modifications and DNA methylation contribute to transcriptional regulation. Many resent researches concentrate on the function that diverse histone modifications and relation to DNA methylation in gene silencing,this review will examined the association between histone modification and DNA methylation to make sure the latest researching progress.
