整包秸秆微波热解及能量平衡分析
Microwave Pyrolysis of Straw Bale and Energy Balance Analysis
设计搭建了一套秸秆料包微波热解试验装置,对经过压缩打包的小麦和玉米秸秆进行了微波热解试验,考察了秸秆种类对热解产物分布及成分的影响。考虑到装置规模的放大和微波热解技术的进一步推广,重点对本试验条件下微波热解过程的电耗和系统的能量平衡进行了分析,并对如何提高微波热解的经济性提出了合理化建议。本研究可为微波热解技术的工业应用提供参考。
he compressed wheat and corn straw bale were pyrolyzed by microwave heating method on a microwave pyrolysis device. The main goals of this study are probing the microwave pyrolysis characteristics and the influences of straw type on the distribution and composition of pyrolytic products. Taking into account of scale enlargement and promotion of utilization of microwave pyrolysis, the power consumption of pyrolysis process and energy balance were studied and analyzed. Also, reasonable suggestions on how to improve the economy of microwave pyrolysis were put forward.
