多层静电纺PAN纳米纤维复合膜的制备及性能
Preparation and properties of multi-layer electrospun polyacrylonitrile nanofibrous composite membrane
本文以熔喷无纺布捆绑的旋转的滚筒为收集装置,通过静电纺丝法制备PAN纳米纤维复合膜,考察纳米纤维复合膜的层数对多层静电纺PAN纳米纤维复合膜过滤性能的影响。用FE-SEM和SX-L1050滤料试验台对多层静电纺PAN纳米纤维复合膜的形貌和过滤性能进行测试。结果表明:随着静电纺丝时间的增加,纳米纤维复合膜的克重增加,堆积密度减小,厚度增大。随着纳米纤维复合膜层数的增加,过滤效率和压力降均增大,品质因素基本保持不变。
Poly(acrylonitrile) nanofibrous composite membrane were prepared via electrospinning, using a rotating mandrel with nonwovens binded.The effect of nanofiber layer thickness on the filtration property of Poly(acrylonitrile) nanofiber composite membrane has been investigated. Poly(acrylonitrile) nanofibrous composite membrane were characterized and tested by use of FE-SEM and SX-L1050 filtration teste.Results show that the longer the electrospinning lasts,the more nanofibers can be coated on the nonwovens. Fiber packing density and thickness of nanofibrous membrane is increased while more nanofibers added on microfiber substrate.The efficiency and pressure drop increase as the nanofiber layer thickness increased,but the quality effect remain objectively unchanged.
