Knowledge and geometry reasoning integrated approach for disassembly constraint generation
在深入分析普通零件和联接件之间拆卸关系的基础上,归纳出螺栓联接和键联接等标准联接件的拆卸规则。提出了一种基于联接件知识规则和几何推理相结合的自动生成拆卸约束的方法,并给出了流程框图。通过实例验证,说明该方法有效可行,为实现自动建立拆卸约束模型和优化拆卸过程提供了实际应用的可能。
his paper analyzed the disassembly constraints between common machine elements and connectors. The corresponding disassembly rules for standard connectors are extracted. To set up the disassembly- constraint-graphics (DCG), an integrated approach was proposed to generate the disassembly constraints automatically by combining the knowledge rules and geometric reasoning. An example demonstrated the feasibility and effectiveness of the approach.
