Lectin microarray used in the detection of the change of serum protein glycans spectrum in early stage liver cancer
目的 深入研究凝集素芯片在临床肝癌高危人群早期诊断中的应用 方法 构建包含13种与肿瘤发生发展相关凝集素的凝胶芯片,为了进一步拓展该平台的临床使用潜力,将芯片应用于肝硬化与早期肝癌血清蛋白的聚糖谱差异的比较。结果 早期肝癌血清蛋白末端及核心岩藻糖、唾液酸和多天线结构的增多. 结论 凝集素芯片有希望作为肝癌早期诊断手段.
Objective Futher study of lectin microarray's usage in early diagnosis of liver cancer. Methods Construction of lectin microarray consists of 13 species and tumor development related lectins. In order to expand the potential clinical usage of the platform, the chip used in detect the difference of serum protein glycans spectrum between liver cirrhosis and early stage liver cancer. Results The fucose, sialic acid and multi-antenna structure at the end and core of serum proteins are increased in the early stage liver cancer. Conclution Lectin microarray could hopefully applicated in the early diagnosis of liver cancer.
