改性活性炭对锌离子吸附影响因素的研究

经十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)改性后,由于活性炭表面基团的变化,活性炭对锌离子的吸附效果显著提高,在较短的振荡时间和较低的吸附温度下即可达到吸附平衡,ACF吸附容量增加,对锌离子的吸附效率提高,改性后ACF对废水中锌离子的去除率在pH为5.0、振荡时间2h、温度为35℃时可高达96.89%。结果表明,活性炭对水中锌离子的吸附特性良好,可作为去除水中离子态锌的优良吸附剂。

Modified by sodium dodecy sulfate,since changes in carbon surface groups,activated carbon adsorption effect of zinc significantly increased.It can easily reached equilibrium in shorter oscillation time and lower adsorption temperature.ACF adsorption capacity increased.Adsorption of zinc efficiency improved.Modified ACF could reached 96.89% on the adsorption of zinc when the pH is 5.0, oscillation time 2h, the temperature is 35.As the results say,activated carbon have well behaviors of zinc in water,which can be used as the fine adsorbent of ion Zn from water.
