MoO2纳米棒的水热制备及电化学性能研究

Hydrothermal preparation and electrochemical performance of MoO2 nanorods

以过氧钼酸溶胶为前驱体、乙醇为还原剂,通过水热法得到单斜相MoO2纳米棒。采用XRD、SEM和TEM等测试方法对产物物相与形貌进行表征,同时利用恒流充放电和循环伏安测试研究了产物的电化学性能,结果表明:产物为长约200 nm,直径约50 nm的MoO2纳米棒;在0.1 mA/cm2电流密度下,活性物质与乙炔黑质量比为6:4时MoO2纳米棒首次放电比容量为600 mAh/g,10次循环后仍能达到328 mAh/g。CV测试表明纳米棒首次放电后的循环可逆性高,这归因于纳米材料尺寸小、比表面积大、Li离子嵌入脱出距离短、速度快等特点。

MoO2 nanorods were synthesized by hydrothermal method using ethyl alcohol as reducing agent. The structure and nanomorphology were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The electrochemical performance was characterized by galvanostatic discharge-charge and cyclic voltammetry (CV) test. The results indicate that the hydrothermal products are monoclinic rod-like MoO2 with the length of 200 nm and the diameter of 50 nm. Under the current density of 0.1 mA/cm2 and the mass ratio of MoO2 to acetylene black of 6:4, the rod-like MoO2 shows high specific capacity as much as 600 mAh/g in the first discharge process and remains above 328 mAh/g in the 10th cycle. CV test shows that the nanorods have a highly reversible electrochemical property which owns to the small size and high specific area.
