低颗粒间交换耦合SmCo磁性薄膜的研究

利用真空磁控溅射镀膜技术制备了不同Sm含量的SmCo薄膜,并对样品进行了退火处理。实验结果表明即使Sm含量为37.7 at.%,远远超过SmCo合金1:5相的标准原子比16.7 at.%时,SmCo薄膜还能表现出较高的矫顽力3000 kA/m,并且颗粒间耦合大大降低,仅有0.05。高分辨透射电镜结果表明,薄膜中SmCo的1:5相与1:2相共存,1:2顺磁相隔离了1:5硬磁相,有效降低了1:5硬磁相之间的颗粒间交换耦合。在不掺杂其他元素,仅利用SmCo合金多相磁性不同的特点,完全可以实现薄膜优良磁性与低颗粒间耦合。
in this paper, SmCo films with different Sm contents were fabricated by magnetron sputtering, followed by an annealing process. Experimental results indicated that SmCo film (Sm 37.7 at.%), which exceeded the atom ratio of SmCo5 (Sm 16.7 at.%), obtained coercivity of 3000 kA/m, and intergrain exchange coupling became weaker. High resolution transmission electron microscopy result show that, the 1:5 SmCo hard magnetic phase and 1:2 SmCo paramagnetic phase coexisted in the Sm 37.7 at.% SmCo film, and 1:5 phases were separated by 1:2 phases, caused a reduction of intergrain exchange coupling. Using the different magnetic behaviors of SmCo phases without addition of other elements, can obtain SmCo film with good magnetic property and low intergtain exchange coupling.
