电液伺服比例阀控缸位置控制系统联合仿真研究
Research United Simulation of Electro-hydraulic Servo-proportional Value Controlling Cylinder Servo Position System
以电液伺服比例阀控缸位置控制系统为研究对象,通过对电液伺服比例阀控液压缸系统的详细分析,建立了液压系统的数学模型。利用Matlab软件中的动态仿真工具Simulink,构造了电液伺服控制系统仿真模型,对其仿真。由于液压元件本身所包含的非线性,难以建立精确的数学模型,使得Simulink仿真效率往往不高。本文利用AMESim和Matlab/Simulink的各自优势建立了联合仿真模型,进行仿真分析,取得了良好的效果,研究结果表明AMEsim/Simulink联合仿真更加准确的模拟了实际系统的工作状态。

It establish the mathematic model of electro-hydraulic servo-proportional value controlling cylinder servo position system base on the research of its principle. Establish the simulation model of the electro-hydraulic servo control system with dynamic simulation tool—Simulink in Matlab software, and simulate it. Because of hydraulic components itself contains nonlinear, it is difficult to establish a precise mathematical model, simulink simulation results is not good. And that, the model based on the technology of AMESim-Matlab/Simulink co-simulation of a typical electro-hydraulic servo position controlling system was established. Simulation and analysis of the system was content.
