基于电力线载波的瓦斯远程监测系统设计

针对矿井瓦斯事故频发以及现有矿井监测系统布线难、成本高的实际情况,文章设计了一种基于电力线载波的瓦斯远程监控系统,节点硬件是基于北京智源公司的电力线载波通信专用芯片SC1128,辅以控制单元和气体采集单元,通过低压电力线将采集到的数据上传到后台远程监控中心,成功地克服了低压电力线通信干扰性强、衰减幅度大等缺点,实现了对矿井瓦斯气体的远程监测。测试结果证明:此系统能够准确可靠的采集气体实验数据。本系统具有不用重新布线,组网方便灵活,安全性高等优势,具有一定的应用价值和市场前景。

The test result proves: System this can accurate reliable collection gas experimental data, in addition this system needn't be connected up again, group's network is convenient to be flexible, the higher advantage of security, have certain using value and market prospects.
