L-Proline catalyzed aldol reactions between acetone and aldehydes in supercritical fluids: An environmentally friendly reaction system
本文在超临界流体中(超临界二氧化碳(scCO2)、1,1,1,1-四氟乙烷(R-134a))成功实现了L-脯氨酸催化丙酮与醛之间的直接不对称羟醛缩合反应,在超临界二氧化碳中当温度为 40 oC,压力为20 MPa,催化剂用量在15 mol%时产物的ee值达到最大值(84%)。我们还考察了不同因素对反应产物产率以及对映选择性的影响。并对在scCO2与R-134a中的结果进行比较。
he direct asymmetric aldol reaction between various aldehyde and acetone catalyzed by L-proline was successfully carried out in supercritical CO2 (scCO2) and R-134a. The enantioselectivity of 84% ee to the targeted product was achieved under 20 MPa, 40 oC, and 15 mol% of the catalyst in scCO2. The effect of reaction parameters on both enantioselectivity and aldol yield was discussed. The titled reaction was also performed in 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane, and results were obtained and compared with those in scCO2.
