NMP焦油回收技术的研究
Research of recovery technology of NMP tar
研究了1,4-丁二醇(BDO)路线制N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)过程中NMP焦油的化学组成及焦油回收系统的工艺设计。通过气质联用(GC-MS)定量分析了NMP焦油的组成,结果显示焦油中含有39.5%的NMP以及其它副反应产物。通过ASPEN Plus软件对该NMP焦油回收方案进行了稳态模拟,结果显示通过脱焦塔和精制塔的双塔系统可以实现NMP回收率95%,纯度99%的回收效果,对双塔的操作变量进行了灵敏度分析,得到适宜的理论板数、进料位置和回流比,脱焦塔分别是22,15,0.59,精制塔是17,10,0.72。
Study of chemical compositions of NMP tar from BDO route and process design of NMP tar recovery system is performed. Chemical composition of NMP tar was analyzed quantitatively by GC-MS, results shown that there was about 39% NMP and other by-products. Steady state simulation of NMP tar recovery scheme was carried out by ASPEN Plus, two-tower system consisted of decoking tower and refined tower can realized the recycling effect of NMP recovery rate 95% and the purity 99%. Sensitivity analysis of operation variables of the two towers can be contributed to get the suitable theoretical plate number, feed location and reflux ratio. These parameters of decoking tower were 22, 15 and 0.59 respectively, and refined tower were 17, 10, and 0.72.?????
