军事转型期复合型军事指挥人才培养的思考

In the advancing of the military revolution in with Chinese characteristics, the military commanders face with new challenges; in this paper, we make of the qualities that the composite military command personnel should possess, and discuss personnel training objectives, training model and curriculum system and so on aiming to the problems in the process of current military command personnel training.
